Onit provides software for legal teams to manage matters, contracts, legal spend and workflows. Its platform combines these areas with automation and AI, giving legal department a single place to manage work and understand what is happening across the function.
The company's acquisition of Bodhala has strengthened its position in legal spend management, adding data, benchmarking and analytics to its offering. It is a good fit with where Onit is heading, helping legal teams move beyond simply managing work to using data to make better decisions on cost and performance.
