OpenClass's mission is to make education accessible.
-13% employee growth in 12 months
OpenClassrooms can trace its roots back to the moment that the advent of the internet burst open new education-to-employment pathways beyond traditional degrees and in-person professional training.
The company is now a category leader working with over 1500 companies as partners and its own courses that help users find work quickly at the biggest organisations in the world.
OpenClassrooms guarantees its users that they will find a job after taking their course and they are now looking to extend this offer in the gigantic North American market.
In France, people qualify for public subsidies that can fund professional education programs like OpenClassrooms courses. Those benefits will not necessarily be available in the company’s target areas of expansion and it will be interesting to see if their courses receive enthusiastic uptake all the same.
