When I joined Osome, I was asked to share some ideas on accounting and tax which have now been developed into actual products and are used to help our clients. Currently, not a single paper is used to complete books and accounts, everything is automated and done through systematic approach.

Osome UK is a start up working on an exciting and upcoming industry that moves away from traditional accounting - from day 1 and ongoing, there is so many things to learn on the actual company, its exciting new tech, the dynamic of the team and EU regulations (yawn) and having ongoing support from the team is great!

This is a fast-moving environment due to it's start up nature - expect answers within the team quickly and you can always be sure to keep moving. Everyone is young and social and aiming for the common goal and that is to get things done and enjoy the process

We have entered a new market in November 2020 and sales are at 50 new clients every month aiming for 100, Brexit and EU regulations have changed and there is new tech coming from Osome - this company is growing expotentially

When I first started, my role was small but since then my manager has given me responsibilities that have allowed me to develop super quickly and I know that my manager has my best interest at heart. There's a lot of opportunities to learn.

At Osome, we have a Global All-hands meeting every Friday with all our offices around the world. At the end of the meeting, we nominate an Osome person of the week who has gone above and beyond.
