Otolo are setting out to address this widening talent gap and help the industry as a whole. They have created a global community to help share expertise, insights, and connections, and have 100+ vetted mentors. The company also powers private communities for businesses and teams as part of their partnerships model.
Launched in 2021, Otolo already support numerous high profile brands including The Ritz Carlton, Conrad, and Hyatt. They are backed by an experienced team of hotel professionals, with experience at companies such as IHG, Selina, and Expedia.
