Paradime Labs' mission is to bring people and data together. We are building a new kind of collaboration platform so that data teams can spend more time producing great business-critical insights and not spend hours every day playing whack-a-mole or putting out minor blazes and in turn data users get quicker answers to data questions, spend less time staring at charts and so have more time getting things done.

Paradime Labs is developing a collaboration platform that will change the way data engineers and analysts operate. In recent years, the data analytics world has gone through a tectonic shift. In particular, the adoption of cloud analytics warehouses has exploded, enabling teams to work remotely. Yet, in spite of these advances, the development environment for analytics engineers have largely remained unchanged.
The founders of Paradime Labs come with years of experience working in data functions at hyper-growth startups, and so are excellently placed to develop and market this solution. The Integrated Development Environments market has blossomed in recent years, offering tools for software developers, success that Paradime hopes to emulate in the data market.

Communication at Paradime it's pretty straightforward, candid and open. There is no place for egos, we're all here to do our best job and to treat others just how we like to be treated. Knowing that you reach out at any time when something feels off is quite reassuring.

Everyone here is treated as an adult. There are no fixed working hours and we all are trusted to deliver as much as we commit to. Autonomy doesn't mean you're on your own though, you have full support from your peers at any time in case you feel blocked, or just need a little help.

As a fully remote company it means that people from worldwide can apply for jobs and that you dont need to be based in the 'biggest cities'. There is also flexibility apart from the remote working that supports employees to ensure that they arent restricted to the norm of office culture.

As a flat hierarchy everyones opinions are taken into consideration. No question is a stupid question and feedback is always welcome. At no point does it feel intimidating to voice an opinion or approach people with ideas. Everyone feels heard and I feel like I am helping shape the future of the company.

Although we are a fully remote team we have the opportunity to meet up face to face, this ensures we get the opportunity to know one another. However also the energy being remote is still second to none. Such a lovely company, everyone is hard working but also likes a laugh.
