From day one, my manager has been available, responsive and supportive. I am comfortable asking questions when I need clarity and can reach out to anyone on the management team for help. They all support growth, both personally and professionally.

Passport's values include having a work-home life balance and they live by that value. Whether wanting to take a vacation, attend a child's school function or have appointments during the day, you have the support of your manager as well as your teammates. Being able to go on vacation with my daughter and not be glued to my phone/computer has made such a great impact on my mental and physical health since I was able to unplug, recharge and come back to work refreshed!

Passport wants you to be your best self away from work so you can show up and be your best self at work. One of the best benefits we have is unlimited PTO! This is huge in a fast-paced environment because making time to decompress and step away from your screen is vital to being your best self. The best part is, the leadership team advocates for their direct reports to take time off!!

I love working at Passport because I can see how important my role is to our success. Every product we sell has an element and a space for my role and it is key to helping me see the value in my work and in my contributions to the company.

In past roles, I've always reached a point where I was one of the smartest people in the room and it made things boring. At Passport, you are always surrounded by some amazingly smart people with great ideas and it challenges you to not only keep up but to contribute. It's be a great way for me to level up for sure!

As a fully remote work environment, Passport allows autonomy in your working schedule and values hard working doers. We have plenty of parents who work around their kid's schedules and Passport makes a conscious effort to ensure they feel supported.
