Existing credit score building products like credit cards are generic, ineffective and come with hidden fees and debt. Pave offers a new way to build credit health through a simple subscription fee.
They've grown their revenue by 7x in the last six months, and expect to 10x in 2021. With an NPS of 72 they've improved credit scores to save their customers thousands of £s in interest and fees.
They are one of the fastest growing D2C fintechs in the UK by revenue, with highly profitable unit economics. They argue their mission is more important than ever, as the number of individuals excluded from mainstream financial services has grown 4x faster than all other segments since the 2008 crisis, and is expected to grow further in the wake of Covid-19.

I've never been given more space to learn and try things more quickly than when I started working at Pave. It's the kind of place where if you prove that you're smart and competent you'll be given more responsibility. I was writing policies for the whole company (I run operations) during my first week, joining calls with investors in my first month, and managing relationships with key stakeholders independently almost immediately.
