Our take

For fast-growing companies, a strong direction and clear goals are vital to avoid missed targets and opportunities, abandoned projects, and unproductive teams, but it can be difficult to coordinate larger workforces spanning various teams. Peoplebox supplies an OKR and strategy execution platform for leadership teams to align all their teams’ priorities and strategies towards achieving their most important business results.

OKR (Objectives and Key Results) emerged as a way for large companies to align business objectives with day-to-day operations, but it can be difficult to implement and execute with success. Peoplebox’s platform allows CEOs and other leaders to assess their OKR and strategy execution in weekly and monthly reviews, giving a source of truth that can fuel further strategy decisions, by letting them know what is and isn’t working.

Peoplebox serves a number of enterprise clients, and has good funding at its back, including from YCombinator. With misaligned teams such a problem for startups – even contributing to failure in some cases – Peoplebox has targeted a real business issue, giving it a strong opportunity to grow into the future.
