To fill in the gaps and provide employees with physical, mental and emotional support when they need it most, connecting them to real-life experts via a secure mobile app.
From big health journeys to everyday lifestyle, some areas of healthcare are underserved – like going through the menopause, experiencing fertility treatment and having a baby. Founded in 2018, Peppy is building an employee healthcare benefits platform for businesses, specialising in providing employees with access to expert support through critical life transitions.
The company plugs the gaps in traditional healthcare by connecting users directly to highly-trained practitioners, giving them timely access to specialist support at the touch of a button, through a secure mobile app. Started by a trio with rich shared experience in healthcare, business and employee management, Peppy is already working successfully with companies and organisations across industries, such as Aviva, SAP, Capgemini and Santander.
Peppy is already a thriving start up, led by a well-rounded team, with room to develop within the healthcare industry; the past year has already seen its revenue increase eight-fold. Further, with recent funding Peppy has been expanding its team and offering to cover fertility and men's health, alongside contraception, addiction, and mental health, with several other verticals in the works.
