I came to the project when my team consisted of only 5 people and now only a year has passed and we are already 11 and we will continue to grow

Tech stack is based on TypeScript, React, React Native, Google Cloud Platform, NestJS, MUI, 3rd party integrations and many more. Some work is pretty challenging, but good codebase makes it easy to support.

I'm with Peppy for almost 2 years and during this time company growth is felt constantly, especially when I retrospect how things were same time even a year ago.

Company values are clear, well documented and presented to every new employee. Everyone in a company is aware and nothing has changed so far.

I like working at Peppy because my work is helping people to get healthcare and wellbeing support they need by providing them with a way to connect with healthcare experts, as well as guiding them through curated programmes.

At Peppy, the engineering team is involved at the very early stages of the project. Our opinions are considered before making an important product decision.

The engineering team at Peppy is highly capable, dedicated and product-oriented. People always eager to propose new ideas for the product, or just small process improvements that make your day-to-day life easier.

Now at Peppy an engineer can develop very quickly, because we have a lot of interesting and complex tasks. And also you have a freedom if you want to try something new or if you want to improve some process .

It is very easy to travel with Peppy. I went to a ski resort and in the morning before work I can go snowboarding and then continue working.

The company is growing very fast, when I came there was only one engineer in the team, and now we have a large team of smart and experienced engineers. Therefore, many new tasks are added not only from the product side but also to the establishment of processes and communications in the team.

At Peppy we recognise anyone who's done a particularly good piece of work. It'll come from the top level (founders) all the way down to line managers and the team. The success is celebrated publicly as well, in the form of shout-outs.

People at Peppy are all pulling in the same direction and you will always be able to turn to someone for help. Furthermore, you know you're in the company of smart people.

I am never asked where I am or what I'm doing: I'm always entrusted to get on with things and let my results speak for me. If I want to take a couple of hours out to go on a walk and then work in the evening to compensate, that's encouraged.

Peppy is gem. An amazing product and service created and delivered by a great bunch of people. I'm 6 months in and it is a really flexible and collaborative working environment where you can be your best self.

I get to speak to prospective clients and I never get board of the amazing feedback we get when they understand what we do and the mission we are on. We really are revolutionising the healthcare space

When I first joined last year I was really thrown in the deep end, but it meant that I learnt so much! Since then I've been consistently given opportunities to engage in cool activities and learn new things.

I think my salary is above average compared to market benchmarks. It was also clear what was expected of me to reach the next pay grade, and in general the management is proactive rather than reactive in managing salaries.

Peppy has a flexible working environment, I used to commute about 2 hours each morning in some of my previous positions and it's really great being able to work from home or in the WeWork offices. I also have flexibility in terms of my time (if I have something urgent that I need to do during the day, I have the flexibility to do that and work back the hours later)

There is so much enthusiasm for what we do! We are always coming up with ideas and new, different ways to do things, the energy and commitment to work in the 'tech for-good' space is contagious!

Since joining Peppy 9 months ago, my job has changed numerous times to reflect the fast-paced environment and growth of the company. It is exciting to be part of a team and company which is always developing and improving.

Complete trust is given by the Founders for the leaders of each team to run their areas as they see fit, to get the results that the business needs.
