Percko's mission is to develop innovative yet simple solutions to help customers end the suffering caused by back pain.
Percko was founded in 2014 as a lumbar support device that removes the work from back muscles and activates the whole spine. Given that 80% of people are affected by back pain, Alexis and Quentin decided to create a product that improves people's everyday life by allowing wearers to learn intuitively how to fix their own posture.
Having formed partnerships with textile innovation specialists and an osteopathic clinic, Percko developed the first stance-stimulating undershirt made from a high-quality breathable and thin fabric. As well as being comfortable and not noticeable, the shirt stimulates the user's stance, allowing them to open their thorax, straighten their back, and rotate their pelvis.
Most competitors offer systems that were overly complex or restricting, frequently offering short-term pain relief but causing muscle atrophy in the long term. Percko's scientifically-backed solution with patented tensor technology, Lyne UP, encourages the person wearing the shirt to straighten up naturally while reinforcing the back muscles for long-term relief.
Since its founding, Percko's range has expanded from its Lyne Up wear to include pro workwear and a loop self-massager. Percko is now trusted by over 145,000 users, recommended by over 1,000 customers, and is a registered medical device, remaining committed to its core mission of reducing back pain in as unobtrusive a manner as possible.
