Our take
AI is advancing quickly, and even with the fear of this new technology taking humans' jobs, it’s undeniable that the innovation is shaping new adventures for multiple industries, one of which being real estate. Perisphere is building a new residential home marketplace, called Relm, tackling the high costs, inefficiencies, and transparency issues rooted in traditional real estate brokerages.
The Relm real estate super-app, powered by Perisphere’s proprietary Merlin AI, offers an unprecedented suite of tools for buyers and sellers such as AI-driven home valuations and intuitive natural language search capabilities that truly empower consumer self-representation.
With the uncertainty in the real estate industry at an all-time high, the company aims to create a more transparent and consumer-centric real estate market, aligning technology with consumer empowerment. We’re sure after years of dealing with real estate agents and multiple third parties, the sense of true ownership that Perisphere’s Relm marketplace is offering will be nothing but a positive for customer acquisition and company growth.
