The whole team are approachable and welcoming, and the leadership team are fantastic at inspiring, motivating and engaging with everyone. I will never be afraid to approach any one person. My direct manager cares about me as a human before me in role, and that makes me want to go further for the brand.

With a mix of WFH and a brilliant new office space in a key London location, we have a great balance! Everyone gets involved in everything we do and despite individual roles, everyone is super helpful across the different functions. Lets not forget the quarterly socials, after work drinkies and celebrating everyone's key milestones and birthdays!

Every team, from Sales to Marketing to Senior Leadership make decisions based on what the data tells them. There are weekly KPI meetings so that the whole company knows the current numbers and why certain decisions were made.

Every member of the team is full of energy and is buzzing about what we do. We are in a really exciting time with some crazy growth which makes the whole atmosphere electric.

At Placed, I have the opportunity to get involved in lots of different projects, meaning that I am constantly learning from others within the team. The increase in responsibility is exciting and means that the opportunity to continue to learn is vast.

Our Founder shows real excitement about new ideas and processes which encourages everyone to speak their mind and keep asking questions. It's great to know that my own ideas are shaping our work!
