Our take
Running a sports club comes with a lot of responsibility, from keeping everything running smoothly to making sure customers are happy and often the software used doesn't meet the mark, making things messy and leaving staff and players frustrated.
Playbypoint was built to fix all of that. It's an all-in-one platform specifically for racquet and multi-sport clubs, giving them everything they need in one place (think custom websites and branded apps). Clubs have the freedom to set their own rules, manage payments, track attendance, and access real-time analytics, all through one dedicated platform, making things a whole lot easier.
Now, the company is taking things to the next level with its recent partnership with World Padel Rating (WPR). This collaboration brings WPR's official player rating system directly into the platform, so clubs can offer more structured and engaging programming and players can connect with others at their skill level. This is a big move for the company and with top clubs already on board, it's really changing the way racquet sports operates.
