Our take

There are plenty of successful customer service center management tools such as Salesforce and Zendesk. At first glance it may appear that Playvox is a solution of a similar ilk, but in fact, what Playvox offers is an additional layer to the already well-established customer service tools, to further enhance businesses ability to offer a great customer experience.

It achieves this goal by focusing on the operatives bringing the service to the customer. Playvox identified the link between lack of training and knowledge of staff, with the dissatisfaction of customers contacting companies. The Playvox suite of products includes software to gather data and improve QA programs, create learning and coaching programs, increase staff motivation and understand customer sentiment.

The Playvox platform has been implemented across 34 countries and includes clients such as Electronic Arts, Dropbox and Wish. A recent partnership with Agyle Time and its real-time monitoring and forecasting system for contact centers means even more versatile products are likely to be in the pipeline.
