Since onboarding with Prima, I've found everyone to be welcoming, and friendly. Small talk isn't as common as more friendly open chatter before meetings- which I like. It feels really genuine

As a parent, post-covid, flexible working is much appreciated, as pour lives have changed, and work life balance has taken on a while new meaning. There are core key hours everyone works, but if you are more productive in the morning, you can use that to your advantage. If you enjoy a run on your lunchbreak, this is also allowed - so long as you're accounting for the work that needs to be completed.

I've never had a better onboarding experience than I have at Prima. Everyone was so keen to introduce themselves and make me feel welcome. I was given a clear 90-day plan, so I knew what to expect right away and never felt overwhelmed. Plus, the welcome pack full of thoughtful merch and snacks was a lovely touch!
