Property Partner's mission is to make property investment available to all. They’ve built a platform that allows investors to choose from residential, purpose built student accommodation and commercial properties all over the UK.

Our take
Returns from traditional saving accounts have been cut significantly in the last decade due to record-low interest rates, so retail investors are chasing higher returns from alternative investments.
The growth of property crowdfunding has increased as a result of the recent buy-to-let tax changes, which makes it more difficult for individual investors to justify buying properties to rent out.
Equally, it's easier for a retail investor to justify investing a few thousand pounds to buy a portion of a property rather than spending hundreds of thousands
