Our take
In recruitment, finding the best person for the job without discrimination is incredibly important for many businesses. Pymetrics is a talent-matching platform that enables companies to run hiring processes without being biased by their backgrounds.
Pymetrics develops games that assess specific traits in employees. These games are first played by the company’s top employees, then by recruiting candidates. Results are compared by AI to prevent bias, leading to more diverse recruiting. It has attracted an impressive set of enterprise customers, including Unilever, Nielsen, LinkedIn, and MasterCard.
The company was recently acquired by Harver, the industry leading hiring solution for organizations. For Pymetrics, the value that comes with the combination of the two teams will enable the company's reinvention of the way hiring decisions are made to become even more expansive.
