To build the future of hiring for a world with AI.
Pynea is working to create a new way to hire, that allows recruiters to "hear the signal behind every candidate", so they can hire the minds they really need - rather than who looks good on paper.
Currently open for early access, Pynea's approach is to allow hirers to define their own "challenge questions", which assess candidates against the qualities needed to thrive in the company and role. Recruiters provide information surrounding ways-of-working, plus details of the role, and Pynea suggests questions that can then be tweaked to ensure the hirer can test what matters most.
Its an interesting proposition, and is unique enough that Pynea should be able to stand out in the relatively packed space. Certainly, recruiters will be interested in a tool that allows them to test for what they truly value in a candidate - rather than having to make educated guesses from their prior roles and achievements.
