Our take

While chat bots aren’t new, many have a frustratingly low level of helpful communication capabilities. Quickchat is a conversational AI-building engine that enables companies to build a multilingual AI assistant (Emerson), powered by OpenAI’s GPT-3.

The company’s no-code software simply allows businesses to upload their custom knowledge base into the generic AI Assistant, its “Quickchat Web Widget” is then embedded their website and easily integrated into any live chat/messing app (such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and Slack). The company has a range of innovative customers, including Hanson Robotics, Oversonic, Morpht and The Village.

Backed by Y Combinator, Amino Capital, and VY Capital, the company has continued to develop its software capabilities, automating a range of processes for website owners, developers, and enterprises. Quickchat is expanding its teams and is well-positioned to see an increase in product adoption as it continues to grow globally.
