RORA (formerly Quantico) is challenging the traditional accounting firm. With RORA, companies get access to FinOps experts for exactly the time that they need them.Β The company has FinOps Leads with the expertise to work across multiple businesses & problems, FinOps Managers who architect complex financial processes, and FinOps Associates who ensure everything runs efficiently.

With this offering, RORA is filling a considerable gap in the market. Small companies are generally not able to hire a full finance team with a mix of skill sets, but are also not able to outsource effectively (external accountants are great at certain duties, but they are not set up to get under the skin of a business).

The team has a strong background in finance, accounting and operations. The company has been leveraging this to address what is missing in this sector for companies and provide sustainable solutions that benefit the company as well as the FinOps experts. Having branched out to offering roles in fractional startup teams for HR and legal professionals as well, RORA is well poised to support the ambitions of a new generation of fast-growth businesses.
