RORA (formerly Quantico) is challenging the traditional accounting firm. With RORA, companies get access to FinOps experts for exactly the time that they need them. The company has FinOps Leads with the expertise to work across multiple businesses & problems, FinOps Managers who architect complex financial processes, and FinOps Associates who ensure everything runs efficiently.
With this offering, RORA is filling a considerable gap in the market. Small companies are generally not able to hire a full finance team with a mix of skill sets, but are also not able to outsource effectively (external accountants are great at certain duties, but they are not set up to get under the skin of a business).
The team has a strong background in finance, accounting and operations. The company has been leveraging this to address what is missing in this sector for companies and provide sustainable solutions that benefit the company as well as the FinOps experts. Having branched out to offering roles in fractional startup teams for HR and legal professionals as well, RORA is well poised to support the ambitions of a new generation of fast-growth businesses.

Miriam joined as a FinOps Manager in 2020. In 2021 she progressed to Finops Lead, and in 2022 she took over managing part of RORA. She's now a company director and member of the leadership team.
Aarti joined as a FinOps Associate. She progressed to take on roles in our PeopleOps and Finance roles. In 2023 she became RORA's irst ever international FinOps Manager.

There's quarterly appraisal system - which sounds a lot - but means that you can move really quickly up. It's all based on feedback from others in the team - so it's really fair and means we all work on our feedback together.

This comes in the form of structured work shops focussing on ideas and methods that can be put into our work practice from that day. The is flexible location including the chance to work overseas. Quantico have a London office if you'd like to use it but you're not forced to go in and you are trusted to make the best decision for you. One of the best qualities of Quantico is they empower their employees to make decisions.
