Our take
Realife Tech aims to create a better experience of the real world for every person. Its vision is of a world where experiences are ‘connected’, where the real world can respond to individuals and adapt to emotions and needs. Realife Tech's Experience Automation Platform unifies and analyses data from every event venue system to provide personalised digital experiences to each individual.
The company works with a number of large venues and events, including Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Outside Lands Festival, and AEG venues such as The O2 in London, Barclaycard Arena in Hamburg, and Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin.
Realife Tech, which has been partnered with AEG since 2018, will continue to power the white-labelled mobile apps for AEG Group until at least 2026, focusing on expanding The O2 and Mercedes-Benz Arena apps coverage in particular. Realife will assist The O2 London to deliver 100% of its tickets digitally via The O2 venue app, following the introduction of mobile tickets with AEG’s ticketing platform AXS.
