Company mission

To cultivate, provokes and inspire a deeply rooted, boldly relevant and co-created Judaism that provides individuals and communities with tools to lead lives of meaning and joy.

Our take

Reconstructing Judaism is an organization working in line with the goals of the Reconstructionist movement. This seeks to encourage all Jews to enhance their own lives by reclaiming their shared heritage and becoming active participants in the building of the Jewish future.

The organization does this through programmatic work that focusses on a number of key goals. These include creating and nurturing communities, building and sustaining platforms that provide meaningful content and resources, investing in rabbinical training, enacting allyship and more.

Reconstructing Judaism is also committed to building a sustainable organization. Steps it is taking to do so include improving fundraising, bolstering its branding and external communications, and streamlining internal operations.
