Everything done at Refundee is a team effort. Everyone get's their heads down and works hard - there is a lot to do. This is met with support and encouragement from management and colleagues. Everyone communicates really well and chips in where needed

The main focus is to help people who have lost money from scams, so every person who gets in contact requires understanding and empathy. I feel that after every phone call, I have managed to help that person. Sometimes if we are not able to take a case on, or if someone wants to do it themselves, we give out advice to help. It really is fulfilling work, especially when you get to call someone to tell them that you have got their money back for them.

I feel that we are trusted to work hard and given a lot of autonomy, once you feel confident. I feel encouraged that I am able to work at my own pace and manage my workload independently. We have weekly check-in meetings and are given feedback on our work regularly, I think they have the balance exactly right.

Refundee encourages growth and progression - I have been able to learn and up-skill in my area with the help and expertise of the Refundee team.

Refundee prides itself on being open and honest. All employees join a biweekly meeting where we receive company updates and goals. Everyone can share their ideas and it's very interesting to hear what is being discussed

Work at Refundee is very fulfilling - the company is very passionate in helping victims of fraud, but also in changing the framework when it comes to protecting people from fraud and scams. I love speaking to our clients and it can be very fulfilling when we're able to get their money back

At Refundee, the work that I do is incredibly meaningful. Helping people try and recover their money from a scam, when they're often at a low point in there life is just incredibly fulfilling. There's a clear and direct meaning to the work I do. Words can't describe the feeling of telling someone you've managed to get them life changing sums back.

It's a joy to work for a company where I truly enjoy coming to work each day, being able to work both independently and as a team is great. There's always someone to help you break down a complex problem, and to also share your successes with.

I joined Refundee, because they give people a place to turn to when they've been a victim of a scam, and the banks have failed to help them. The work that we do brings a clear positive impact to people's lives. I feel like I'm directly contributing towards improving people's lives, and also the success of the company.
