The company has also strengthened its market position through strategic acquisitions, such as the recent purchase of CG3-1, a firm specialising in regulatory calculations for the US broker-dealer market. This acquisition allows Regnology to expand its offerings across the US, positioning the company well to become a recognised leader in the financial industry.

Previously the CEO of Itivity, a world-leading financial service company. Also experienced as a Chief Operating Officer for the Cross-Asset Trading and Risk Business unit at FIS as well as Chief Operating Officer of Hedge Funds / Risk and Managing Director at Alternative Investments.

Linda Middleditch

(CPO)

Currently a Non-Executive Director at Duco and Macrobond Financial. Prior to Regnology, they were the Head of Product Strategy and Engineering at Itiviti. They also held various Executive positions at Bloomberg LP, UBS, Citi and Morgan Stanley.

Sascha Pistora

(CFO)

Previously held Financial Leadership positions for over 20 years with companies across Europe. Their early career was spent at Shell, DHL and First Data.
