To ensure every patient, everywhere, has access to the care and resources they need to ensure good health.
An impressive amount (at least USD $6 billion) is being spent every year on non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT). However, despite the volume of cash, 4 million patients miss their appointments every year due to transportation failures, resulting in billions in lost provider revenue.
Ride Health is addressing this market by fundamentally transforming NEMT from an analogue, disorganised process to its offering of a technology platform that manages end-to-end NEMT, from automated ride-scheduling to passenger performance-ratings.
Crucially, the platform complements rather than competes with major ride-sharing platforms’ entrance into the market. For example, Lyft now allow patient bookings where providers foot the bill. Instead, Ride Health offers a suite of NEMT options, including both Lyft and its largest segment: ‘mom-and-pop’ organizations who use Ride Health to access new clients.
