70%+ of the UK population live in places with a commuting choice between poor public transport or the high cost of car ownership. This is making it harder for people to access vital work and educational opportunities
On the other side, worksites needing the most staff, like fulfilment centres, are in the least accessible places, making recruitment and retention increasingly expensive
RideTandem are solving this 2-sided problem. By partnering with local transport companies, their technology enables sustainable transport that connects people with opportunities
Backed by leading investors like Ascension and grantmakers including the UK Space Agency, the service is being used by clients like Primark, Royal Mail and the University of Warwick, with the company growing revenue 10x YoY twice
