Rotageek leaders have been truly flexible when it comes to fitting work around family life. As long as you get your work done, that's all that matters. It's up to you to own your schedule which is really refreshing to see

Working at Rotageek, it's easy and encouraged to manage your own time - we're not in meetings all the time so it's easy to be flexible time wise. I often drop my girlfriend at the station in the mornings and sometimes take a longer lunch to go for a run. As long as I'm getting the work done and am flexible in both directions everybody is happy

All of the team are really focused on delivering our priorities and everybody is just 'getting on with it'. We push a bit together in order to meet commitments when time is running out but there's not lots of pressure and we have realistic delivery expectations

From the top down Rotageek embodies open communication. We regularly have AMA sessions with the CEO and leads and heads are open, honest and direct with their communication. Unlike other places I've worked there's not a rumour mill because there's no need for one

I have been able to get a lot more done in my role without the constraints of travelling to and from work each day - by working mostly from home. The bosses are as flexible as they come and try hard to make work/life balance actually work in reality. It's fun, too.

I've not worked for such a fast growing company....that still has time for it's staff and seems to genuinely care about how those staff feel. I think that this is quite a rarity in any business sector, but especially in leading edge tech companies!

People in the workforce management software sector often don't really see much of difference in the software application from one vendor to the next. That's true, but not here. How do I know? As all great companies know it all about your customers and I have never heard such glowing reviews from our clients - about the how Rotageek's software has benefited their staff, their business and afforded them a competitive advantage in their respective sectors. If one's attitude positively affects one's altitude in life, then collectively I can see why Rotageek is flying so high. The staff treat customers with respect, 'walk the extra mile' and try very hard to make a difference with truly amazing scheduling software and a smiling/listening business ethic.

The board at RG are truly inspirational and the passion for creating a whole team culture that drives success and continual improvement of our proposition making sure it really does solve complex scheduling is first class!

Every single person at RG is incredibly hard working and full of charisma and energy. The company promotes the use of our individual personalities making RG the ultimate work place where you can be your true self to master our customers challenges.

We're growing our talented team fast as well as our customer base. Whats refreshing about RG is that our Growth plans are no secret, in plain english and the entire team is kept fully up to date on our progress and plans in our weekly company meets.

No slackers here, we all pull together when needed, working on the most important stuff for our users and the company. Everyone cares about the product, and our customers, succeeding.

I would happily go for a drink with anyone at Rotageek, everyone is friendly as well as hard-working, and even working remotely, we've really kept up the team morale.

We have fortnightly company meetings that include AMA's with the CEO. Plans are announced in the right timeframe and always looking to the future for more opportunities.

From the social events to daily standups, you know that you will be ready to go from the start of the day. You're encouraged to reach out to fellow team members, whether that is in the fortnightly "catchup" with a random colleague or whether you just need to Zoom someone.

Everyone is treated equally in the company. It certainly helps when it is a small organisation, whether that stays the same as the company grows, that remains to be seen but the way it is now, everyone has each others back and it's like one big family

I never feel like people are looking over your shoulder or micro-managing one another. We like to find and hire smart people so that they can own their areas themselves! Great for self-starters and people who take ownership of their specialty.

I love working in an environment where I genuinely think at meetings again and again, "wow, some people are smart!" I used to think I was pretty intelligent, but love the challenge of other people's thinking here!

Even before the pandemic, Rotageek was super flexible in its approach to work. Our CEO has always role modelled a flexible, family-first approach to work and while everyone works hard, we absolutely get the freedom to do it when is right for us AND the business not only when it suits the business!
