Our take

Many existing training and optimization solutions for sales and support teams are complex, expensive, and often aimed at the largest enterprises. SaaS Labs has developed a suite of customer communication services aimed at small and medium-sized businesses, giving them more options than ever before.

For instance, the company’s Dialworks platform provides on-demand sales training that allows businesses to test their reps’ readiness in real-world scenarios. Whereas its JustCall platform uses machine learning to automatically access the quality of the calls.

With funding led by Sequoia Capital India, SaaS Labs has been able to accelerate its growth by expanding into the European market. With more than 6,000 global customers (including GoStudent, Booksy, HelloFresh, etc) the company is focusing on research and development, creating new products for its global users, and scaling its launched products.
