Its analytics and insight tools help users improve visibility, responsiveness and control across all the customer-interaction channels. The group works with major brands worldwide, including the AA, BNP Paribas, DHL, Liverpool Victoria, Office Depot and Sainsbury’s Argos.
Sabio has recently heavily expanded its customer experience capabilities and geographic coverage through several acquisitions, towards a goal of becoming the leading player across the European customer experience market. With double-digit revenue growth into 2023 driven by massive increases in its sales it is well poised to achieve this goal.
