Sana Life Science operates in a new category that is finding its feet, its exiting to be part of something where one week does not look the same as the last. Being a small start -up we move and change with trends as they happen, learning as you go along is a every day feeling.

Working with a management team that has a different background than many of its team members, each and one of us bring our expertise to the table and our input is valued, not questioned. Covid made us all work from home and there was 100% trust and team efficiency from day 1.

Everyone in the team has different circumstances at home, we all have found a way that works for us. At the end of the day we are a small team with lots to do, each person carries his own weight and there are no set office hours as such. There is plenty of work to go around, but no one is burnt-out like or stressed on a daily basis. Team spirit is high but focused.
