Our take

Customer Intelligence Platform Scuba Analytics was spun out by former Facebook employees who believed that the analytical tools available to developers couldn’t support the potential data that Facebook and Twitter could provide. Scuba Analytics was their solution, a platform that was built to boost CDPs and diminish the guesswork in why customers are drawn to and how they use a product.

Formerly known as Interana, Scuba Analytics has received substantial funding since its founding in 2013. It is up against stiff competition from the likes of Snowflake and Databricks, though, both of whom are giants within the customer analysis sector. With a lucrative client base that includes Xfinity Mobile and sports journalism company Bleacher Report, Scuba Analytics is still fighting its corner and will continue to be a sought-after analytics partner.
