Semper's mission is to increase the ownership of employees in startups.
Employees are central to every startups success. As part of this they are often rewarded with equity, and increasingly startups have promoted a culture of ownership where most employees are shareholders in the business. However, this has been traditionally difficult for companies to successfully do at scale.
Semper is a company setting out to provide a solution to this problem. They are building infrastructure and tools which helps ambitious companies incentivize talent and run company sponsored liquidity programs.
They are an early start up who have already gained considerable traction, having raised €4million from top investors. They have also signed up their first major client with over 600 employees. Moving forward, they are focusing on expanding their business through hiring a diverse team of people in both Paris and London.
