My colleagues at Settle across all functions (risk, legal, finance, engineering, sales, etc.) are all extremely talented and come with a wealth of experience. Being exposed to such an intelligent group is really accelerating my learning.

Leadership is extremely transparent about how the business is doing and what we could be doing better. I feel like I can ask anyone any question and get a straightforward answer, no matter their level in the hierarchy.
