Our take
With 75% of companies struggling to find local talent due to skill shortages, the search for international employees is intensifying. Settly provides several digital relocation services and support solutions aimed at coordinating and simplifying what can be a complex process of finding and relocating new employees.
The company’s digital solutions help HR and People teams save time and costs, while gaining insights as to where their new employees are in the relocation process. Settly offers both the company and the new employee support across the board, from immigration, tax and soft landing, as well as multi-local approaches to make sure the new employee feels at home in their new country.
The initially bootstrapped company completed its first external funding round in June 2023 and has seen substantial growth. It currently operates in the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, Spain, Portugal, the Czech Republic, and Australia. In a market worth $58B among large multinationals alone, Settly is well set to see continued expansion.
