Our take

As hybrid and remote working becomes the norm, companies have invested heavily in internal communication and collaboration tools. For external communications though they mostly still rely on traditional means of contact such as email, forms, phone calls and video conferencing. Shareback, a London-based startup, promises to disrupt business as usual when it comes to the way teams communicate with their stakeholders and clients.

By focusing on external communications, Shareback's main competitors are likely to be existing communications tools including Slack, Teams and the products that integrate with them. However external communications are treated as more of an afterthought on those platforms and there is plenty of scope for improvement with a dedicated product.

Currently in stealth, Shareback is moving quickly to develop its product and develop a customer base in tandem. Focused on getting to market as swiftly as possible, it is hiring engineering talent to help build the rocket as it takes off.
