With hundreds of thousands of customers, Shift4 has developed hundreds of payment methods and processes a staggering $260 billion annually. Its clients include a large number of professional sports teams globally, as well as colleges and entertainment venues.

Interestingly for a company so far-reaching, the 1994-founded Shift4 only opened its stock with an IPO in 2020. Since then, it has established partnerships with companies such as the Minnesota Vikings American football team and software point-of-sale company Ingenico. This exemplifies the diversity of Shift4’s impressive client base.
