To make the workplace a source of learning and purpose through knowledge-sharing.
As companies grow, it becomes more difficult to track the most important information internally and harder to provide employees with up-to-date information and training. Slab aims to turn everything into a searchable database to enable easier organisation and access of information.
The platform enables companies to create, organize, discover knowledge and share documents between employees, and can be integrated with other tools such as Dropbox and Google Drive.
Since being founded the company is now relied upon by more than 7000 companies including Asana, Fivetran and Glossier.

The team at slab is full of smart people who have an approach of no task being below anyone. This creates a lot of communication around why decisions are made that are shared with everyone at the company.

Remote work is here to stay, and while the field is crowded, Slab has great traction, adoption, and retention. I have no doubt that the product is a success.

The team is globally remote and always has been, so the management style tends to be hands-off. We all work very independently and are more comfortable that way.
