Our take
Lunchtime needs for company employees have long since been served by workplace canteens. However, SnackMagic is a snack box gifting service designed to integrate into a virtual company culture and cater for WFH employees & virtual event attendees.
Whilst affordable and delivered snackboxes are provided by many other companies, SnackMagic's focus on the employer provides a unique business model. Employers can gift an amount for employees to spend, boosting employees' work ethic.
2020 was a successful year for the company, attracting clients such as Netflix, Google and Amazon. With support from Craft Ventures, SnackMagic is setting out to scale their vision worldwide and provide customizable snack boxes outside of North America.

- Be a Problem Solver | When there's a cow in a ditch, we get it out fast. Then we figure out how the cow got there in the first place. Then we decide what to do so the cow never gets into that ditch again. Because nobody likes a cow in a ditch.
- Cut to the Chase | There's no time for lollygagging and there's no need for sugarcoating. When something needs to be done, we do it as quickly as possible. When something needs to be said, we say it as directly as possible. Kinda like we just did there.

Shaunak Amin
(Co-Founder & CEO)Shaunak joined SAIL Advisors in 2010, starting as Vice President and then becoming Senior Vice President. He later joined Novus Partners, rising to Managing Director. Shaunak left Novus to found EatArcade in 2015. He is also co-founder and CEO of STADIUM, a company specialising in working lunches.
Zaeem Shahid
(Co-Founder)Studied at Lahore University of Management Sciences. Was COO and then CEO of MARO Tandoors, before joining STADIUM's Operations team. Co-founded SnackMagic in 2020.
