Competing on price can lead to a lose/lose race to the bottom, but superior market quality will give SoftIron a strong competitive edge - as will these substantial international customers. The company’s progress allowed it to expand into Australia in 2022 with the opening of its Sydney manufacturing facility and it joined the Sustainable Digital Infrastructure Alliance to improve its carbon footprint that same year.
