I joined Solera as a Data Analyst Intern. When I came after graduating, I was in a salesforce team. I had no idea how salesforce works before joining Solera. Now I learnt a lot about it.

The people here are wonderful! Everybody is so willing to help each other and share knowledge. I believe people at Solera maintain a very transparent communication.

My manager Sara is amazing! Solera is blessed to have her. She understands the challenges of our work and is always willing to help us. Our director John is a brilliant mentor.

Solera Health has been fully working from home since the start of the pandemic by taking into account the wellbeing of its employees. We have employees from all over the nation and our time zones are different. We also have the flexibility on when we start and end work every day!
