Our take

Communities are only as healthy as their high streets, and Someday Studios is helping to revitalise brick-and-mortar businesses by partnering with leading property owners. The company aims to bring energy and creativity to the high street.

With tonnes of experience launching companies in the independent retail sector, Someday Studios works with landlords to consult, mentor and curate the spaces they own and with brands to develop performance strategies, operations and marketing pipelines, covering everything from rental deal negotiations to PR and marketing for new branches. Ultimately, Someday Studios is a one-stop shop for launching a brand in a new retail space.

The company has launched successful shops on some of the most famous high streets in the UK, and is turning its attention to finding homes for start-ups and creatives. The demand for space has never been higher, and Someday Studios is bridging the gap between fresh business ideas and empty lots on the high street.
