Sourceful is a company setting out to help solve this problem with smart solutions to the issues businesses face when trying to become more sustainable. Its platform uses data to enable companies to source and manage eco-friendly products for their business.
The sustainable packaging market value is anticipated to be worth around US$255 billion in 2026, reflecting a bountiful market for Sourceful to grow within. The company was founded in 2020, and has worked with brands across multiple industries in the UK, EU, and the US.
Sourceful has shipped millions of items since its launch and its customer base includes Fenton, Elder, and Floom and Stitched. The company has had a strong growth track and raised multiple funding rounds - the latest of which will be used to scale its current operating model, build out its technology platform and more product offerings, and increase its headcount.

Since I started at Sourceful I've had several great conversations with my team lead about my career goals, interests, and how I'd like to expand my skillset. There are also company wide career ladder discussions somewhat regularly so there is transparency and clarity regarding what needs to be done to progress. It's great to be able to have these discussions with a practical way to follow through and advance in my career.

I really enjoy working with my team. There's always a positive energy and everyone is very supportive of each other. Even between teams there's always enthusiasm for helping each other out. Although we're working remotely there's a great vibe and no big egos. We're quite a diverse team as well which I love!
