Our take
Sperta founders Yifu Diao and Ming Fang originally met whilst working together for Uber’s Risk team and realised that with the rapid growth of the company, fraud became more likely. Utilising Yifu Diao’s experiences building Uber’s rules engine Mastermind, the team expanded the engineer-free software for not only fraud, but customer service and safety as well.
Using a similar approach to the logic of Mastermind, Sperta helps financial and tech companies simply and efficiently build decision workflow networks, implementing rule changes and bolstering financial security in the process.
Sperta means “expert” in Italian, and under two ethical software engineers who have helped build and secure some of the biggest apps in history, employees will be opening themselves up to invaluable cybersecurity teaching and career progression from the ground up at Sperta.
