Our take

Stellafai is focused on helping scale-up leaders succeed with outcomes and OKRs. Its offering goes far beyond simply defining outcomes, instead supporting companies with contextual coaching, organisation insights to focus work, and connected outcomes which align teams. All of this is offered through an app, outcome coaching platform, and consulting services.

Currently, the company is in its early stages, and is focused on building out its platform and attracting a foundational user base. Operating in a space relevant for all businesses, if Stellafai is able to achieve this, it has the potential for future success.

Bella Bardswell

(Co-founder)

Previously worked at IBM in a number of roles including Associate Partner, and for Google in roles including Customer Value and Transformation Advisor. Has also worked at Accenture as Strategic Manager and in the Home Office as Head of Business Analysis & Architecture.
