As the first People hire for the company, I've found it incredibly fulfilling working directly with the leadership team to map out the people experience at Stotles. It's an incredibly collaborative and trusting environment to do great work: I get great constructive feedback delivered in a kind way, and I trust that my opinions are valued.

It's wonderful to see how the team has collectively adopted the mission and values of Stotles. It really does feel like we're on the same page, moving towards a really big and audacious goal. Every member of the team is involved with product testing, commercial syncs, and is largely in touch with the pulse of the business. Every hire feels crucial. Every piece of work has a clear impact.

My first impression of Stotlers is that they put the pedal to the metal: they are driven, ambitious, and work really well together towards the shared goal. There's still a great work life balance here, but it matches up with how focused everyone is to make this company succeed. It's pretty inspiring!

We're an early stage startup with great growth potential, so everyone that's on the current team (and anyone we hire in the near-term) really does have an opportunity to carve out their desired career path with high autonomy.

Everyone on the team works hard. We're rewarded by this with a larger amount of autonomy. There's also a great culture of information sharing & experimentation, so there are very little limits when it comes to choosing how/where/what to work on (as long as it supports our end goals)

I've worked in several startups before and Stotles is the nicest bunch thus far! Given our size, and how closely we work together cross-functionally, it's pretty important we all get along. Cultural fit is something I hope we continue to prioritise as we grow

Since joining Stotles I have been involved in many parts of the business and each time I have been supported to ensure that I get the most out of the experience. If ever there is a project I want to be involved in or a part of the business I wish to know more about, I am encouraged to get involved and learn !

At stotles everyone has a chance to say their opinions, ask questions and provide suggestions on how to approach a problem. Collaboration has always felt like a main theme here and since joining I have had many opportunities to provide my opinion on how I think something should be done.

The team at Stotles is awesome ! Everyone has a keen drive to work towards a common goal and no one takes themselves too seriously. Any opportunity to take an hour or two to white board new ideas is met with a full team effort.

The projects I've worked on at Stotles have been incredibly challenging but fun! Get code from development to production in a matter of minutes. Always something new to learn.

Everyone at Stotles is incredibly friendly and are always striving for the best. Good mentoring support for those who want it. Smart, hard-working, talented people.

Stotles are very flexible in how you manage your working hours. Work from home when you need. The idea is to get the job done rather than sit at a desk for a set period of time.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. and the bi-weekly team chills are always a great laugh.

There are no secrets, and there is a clear direction and vision shared by the product and engineering teams of where the product is heading next.

John, Taj, Piotr and Carsten are great leaders and they really make you feel like a big part of the team and are very approachable. They have a great understanding of our customers needs and this is reflected in the quality of the product.

Everyone manages to have fun doing what they do, and both individual and team successes are celebrated

The public sector is so ripe for change and technological innovation - bringing next generation tools to a sector much in need of them is extremely rewarding

By helping the public sector, you could be helping the enitre country, and all of its taxpayers! The potential for impact is tremendous

At Stotles the focus is a lot more on what we can accomplish as a team together rather than the exact hours you're online. It's nice to have the option to go for a run in the middle of the day or go grocery shopping. As long as you manage your time and get to the goal.

It's nice to know that the company really cares about their employees' wellbeing. An example of this is the generous monthly budget to spend on health or mental health - whatever helps your work-life-balance. And I think it's become especially clear in the light of the pandemic that Stotles tries to make sure everyone is well and has what they need to comfortably work from home.

The learning curve at Stotles is steep but in a great way. I've learned so much since I started working here and I'm grateful for the opportunity to grow so much as a developer. There's always lots to do and the team is very supportive.

As a team, everyone brings something new & interesting to the table with a truly collaborative, inquisitive & honest approach to getting the job done. Within a short timeframe, I've been challenged to learn & grow at a rapid pace but in a very supportive environment.

Stotles is growing fast which means two days are never the same - in the best way! We aim to learn as much as we can as quickly as we can which makes the company a very exciting place to work.

The founders are really invested in building a company that employees love - and I'm here for it! We have a monthly wellbeing allowance to be spent on "anything that makes you whole" (love that!) & regular catch-ups / hangouts to keep the team spirit alive from our respective remote working situations. Flexibility on working hours & a focus on output (rather than time at desk) has been great for work/life balance & leaving me feeling more invested in the business.
