Our take

Customer Relationship Management, the process by which businesses manage communication with current and potential customers, has been transformed by digital tools. However, these tools still require a lot of manual work to be done to transfer contacts from various sites into a given CRM platform. Surfe supplies a connected revenue workspace to bring CRM features on top of sales tools and platforms, automate information transfer, and maximise productivity.

Founded in 2020, Surfe began its life as Leadjet, a browser extension allowing users to transfer contacts from LinkedIn to their CRMs. Its workspace connects essential sales software and platforms to a range of CRMs, meaning that clients can work with what they already use, and can be used to save time on admin by adding contacts with one click, as well as provide context for teams to close deals.

Surfe has received good levels of funding that will allow it to grow its teams and accelerate product development, including by adding new features that will allow customer-facing teams to synchronise contacts from anywhere on the web.
