Company mission

To make filing taxes easy, efficient, and more affordable.

Our take

For many professionals, filing taxes can be a stressful and complicated process, and mistakes can be costly. Taxfyle solves this problem with its easy-to-use tax filing app.

Taxfyle has been heralded as "Uber for taxes", which is testament to the simplicity and efficacy of its application. Following Uber's model, Taxfyle connects users with vetted tax specialists that match their specific requirements. Unlike many of its competitors, the company targets both individual users and accounting firms.

Taxfyle faces stiff competition from a number of other accounting and tax filing apps, including industry leader TurboTax. Nonetheless, having raised an impressive $20 million in Series B funding in 2022, Taxfyle shows no signs of slowing down. This money has helped Taxfyle accelerate plans to branch out into other aspects of professional financial services and it most recently made headlines for its new AI tools built for automating and streamlining tax return preparation for US small tax and accounting firms.
