Everyone at Team Satchel is wonderful! I'm loving being part of the team! Everyone is great to work with. I feel like even within the hierarchy of the company, we are all treated with respect.

Definitely a company that values work/personal life balance. We get a great amount of time off, and are able to flex time when necessary. If you work late one day or have to leave early you can make up the time.

I believe pay is fair and competitive. I am very happy with my salary and I also know there is room for growth with the company as it grows. Recently a management position opened, and I was excited to see the position was filled from within the team.

Technology is a fast-moving business and this creates lots of opportunities to learn new things all the time. The range of opportunities is very wide.

Educational Technology has to be responsive to customer needs and these change as the curriculum and government expectations change, so gives lots of opportunities for vast areas to work within.

We offer our staff the opportunity to grow and expand on their knowledge as the Head of QA I have grown to support the needs of my team and their desire to learn new tech and seek new opportunities to help them grow within their professional careers.

I love working at Satchel because our mission is to empower educators, learners and parents with the best tools and services they need on their journey through education. During the pandemic we worked extremely fast to build new features to facilitate online learning, and offered free trials throughout lockdown to make sure budget cuts don't affect schools struggling financially.

At Satchel great work never goes unnoticed. Our favourite slack channel is #kudos where anyone from your peers to your managers regularly gives thanks and recognises the help they've received from a colleague or someone else's great piece work they've come across. But is not just the big achievements, we also like to celebrate the small, kind, gestures.

At Satchel I've loved being surrounded by people who are intelligent and always make the time to share their expertise. Some experienced leaders to lean on, and very resourceful colleagues whose creativity has helped me develop my own approach to problem solving.
