Teamhouse's mission is to make the future of work work differently.
Our take
The HR Tech market has been growing strongly for the last few years and could be worth as much as $40 billion by 2030. That being said, there still looks to be plenty of room for breakout startups in the space, particularly those that can cater for scaling – and often remote, distributed – companies whose needs can quickly change.
Teamhouse is targeting this very niche with its “PeopleOps'' platform, which is designed to automate a range of laborious administrative tasks across the HR and people management spectrum, from international policies for a distributed workforce, to better collaboration tools.
It’s still very early days for the Belfast-based company having only launched in late 2022. However, the experience of co-founding trio Hanna Lewis (Ori, Kindora), Jack Huges (Ori, U Account), and serial entrepreneur Paul Smith (Appysnap, CampusNorth, Ricochet AI) is a seriously strong starting point.
