While other companies have sought to optimise channels like job listing websites, Teero is instead focusing on top of funnel talent acquisition through the power of private networks.
In 2022 Teero Dental launched its dental marketplace product. This provides flexible staffing and incentivizes enterprises by allowing anyone in a dental company's network, not just their employees, to help that company find and acquire talent.
While the startup has competition in the form of a Berlin-based startup, Tacit, it already impressively has acquired clients like Uber Eats, Klarna, and some YC-backed startups. Teero has enjoyed a second round of funding and is expanding across the US.
